I quit my old habits. I quit my meds, job, coffee, junk food, got rid of relationships, toxic people, tv, social media, drama and bs. Decided to become a loner. Changed my diet to whole food plant based, quit animal products, started doing meditation, yoga and exercises daily. Have been spending more time alone in nature, and changed my mindset. I’m also going to bed early and have been waking up around 5, 6 am everyday. I feel much happier and healthier. Best decision ever…
